MEET THE CLUSTERS

BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT
The Business Management and Administration cluster teaches members how companies and organizations operate behind the scenes. It includes learning about leadership, decision-making, human resources, and strategic planning. Members explore how businesses organize themselves, manage employees, and improve efficiency to remain competitive. This cluster is great for students interested in leadership roles, entrepreneurship, or becoming managers in the future. If you like taking charge, organizing people or projects, and thinking about the “big picture,” this cluster is a strong fit.
MARKETING
The Marketing cluster is about learning how businesses connect with their customers and persuade them to choose their products or services. Members explore topics like branding, advertising, digital and social media campaigns, and sales strategies. This cluster also emphasizes market research, which helps companies understand what customers want and how to meet their needs. If you enjoy being creative, developing ideas, and finding new ways to promote products, Marketing gives you the tools to turn those skills into real-world opportunities.
HOSPITALITY & TOURISM
The Hospitality and Tourism cluster introduces students to careers in hotels, restaurants, travel services, and event management. Members gain valuable skills in customer service, leadership, and organization while learning how to create memorable experiences for people. This cluster is especially useful for those interested in planning events, working in the food industry, or managing travel and tourism programs. If you enjoy working with people, being part of a team, and creating enjoyable experiences, this cluster offers many exciting career paths.
FINANCE
The Finance cluster focuses on managing money for individuals, businesses, and organizations. It covers banking, investments, accounting, insurance, and financial planning. Members learn how to analyze data, evaluate risks, and make smart financial decisions that can impact success. Careers in this cluster include everything from financial analyst to accountant to wealth advisor. If you enjoy working with numbers, problem-solving, and helping others manage their money wisely, the Finance cluster will give you a strong foundation.
PERSONAL FINANCIAL LITERACY
The Personal Financial Literacy event helps students build essential money management skills that everyone needs in real life. It focuses on topics like budgeting, saving, credit, taxes, and investing. Members learn how to make smart financial decisions, plan for the future, and avoid common financial mistakes. This event is especially valuable because it teaches practical skills that apply to both personal life and future careers, preparing students to be financially responsible and independent.
